- 6–8 soaked almonds

- 1 cup warm milk (regular or almond)

Instructions
- Warm the milk in a small pot over low heat (do not boil).
- Add banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon powder, Persian blue salt, and optional ashwagandha powder into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding extra milk if too thick.
- Drizzle in the honey while blending again to mix evenly.
