Ingredients
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 small cinnamon stick

- 1 1/2 cups warm water or brewed green tea

If using yerba mate or green tea, brew it and let it cool slightly.
