  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water or brewed green tea
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice optional, for added detox benefits
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp psyllium husk optional, for fiber and digestion support

Instructions

  • Prepare the Base:

    If using yerba mate or green tea, brew it and let it cool slightly.

  • Mix the Ingredients:

    In a glass or jar, add grated ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
