Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
½ cup pistachio cream
½ cup kataifi pastry
2 tbsp ghee or melted butter`
Instructions
`Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie or tart pan.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, then chocolate chunks.
Press half of the dough into the pan.
Spread pistachio cream evenly over the dough.
Top with remaining cookie dough in chunks.
Layer kataifi on top and brush with ghee.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.`
